Refunds

At Revolze.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility: Refunds are only available for items with manufacturing defects. To be eligible, you must provide proof of the defect via an unboxing video.

2. Requesting a Refund: Please email us at hello@revolze.com with your proof of purchase and the unboxing video. We will review your request and, if approved, process your refund.

3. Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

10 Days Return & Exchange

1.Return Period: We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery for any reason, provided an unboxing video is submitted.
2.Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, you must share proof of the issue along with a proper unboxing video.
3.Return Process: Please email the unboxing video and order details to hello@revolze.com. For large files, you may use Dropbox, Google Drive, or any file-sharing service.
4.Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
5.Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, we will process your refund or replacement as requested.
